1. Introduction
Welcome to MulaFCbet. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform. By signing up, depositing funds, or playing any game, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Namibia to use MulaFCbet. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share your account with anyone else. Each person is limited to one player account. Multiple accounts created by the same individual may be suspended and funds forfeited.
4. Wallet and Payments
You must maintain a wallet balance of more than N$5 to enter any paid game. Funds are added via supported mobile wallets or bank transfer, processed through MulaFCbet support. All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of proven system error. Withdrawals are processed after a request is submitted and approved by our team.
5. Game Rules
Each game consists of a set number of football trivia questions with a time limit per question. All answers are final once submitted. Use of external assistance, automated tools, or cheating of any kind is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of winnings.
6. Prizes and Payouts
Prize amounts are displayed before each game and credited to the winner's wallet immediately upon winning. Payouts are subject to successful verification. MulaFCbet reserves the right to withhold payouts pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not: create multiple accounts; exploit bugs or glitches; use bots, scripts, or third-party software; collude with other players; attempt to reverse-engineer the platform; or harass other users or staff. Violation will result in immediate suspension and potential legal action.
8. Termination
MulaFCbet may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any remaining wallet balance may be refunded at our discretion after review.
9. Limitation of Liability
MulaFCbet is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free gameplay, or specific winnings. To the fullest extent permitted by Namibian law, MulaFCbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Windhoek, Namibia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or an on-platform notice.
