How Payouts Work
Everything you need to know about winnings, withdrawals, and getting your money out.
1. Winnings hit your wallet instantly
Automatic, no waiting
When you win a game, the prize money is credited to your MulaFCbet wallet immediately. There is no manual step on your side — it happens automatically as soon as the last question is scored. You can see your updated balance on your Dashboard right away.
2. Request a withdrawal
From your Dashboard
Once you have a balance you want to cash out, go to your Dashboard and use the Withdraw panel. You can choose how you want to receive your money:
- Bank transfer — Direct to your bank account
- eWallet — Mobile money
- EasyWallet — Mobile wallet
- BlueWallet — Mobile wallet
Fill in your account or wallet details, enter the amount, and submit the request. The funds are held in your wallet until the admin processes it.
3. Admin review and payout
Usually within a few hours during support hours
Our support team reviews every withdrawal request before sending funds. This is a security measure to protect players and prevent fraud. During support hours (Mon–Sat 08:00–20:00, Sun 10:00–18:00), most requests are handled within a few hours.
Once approved, the money is sent to your chosen method. You will receive a notification when the request is processed.
4. Money in your hands
Mission accomplished
Depending on your chosen method, funds typically arrive within minutes (mobile wallets) to one business day (bank transfers). If there is ever a delay, contact us on WhatsApp and we will trace it for you.
Important to know
- You must keep more than N$10 in your wallet to enter any paid game. This is the minimum entry requirement for Tier 1.
- If a withdrawal request is rejected (for example, due to incorrect account details), the held funds are returned to your wallet automatically.
- There are no hidden fees. The amount you request is the amount you receive.
- We may request identity verification for large withdrawals. This is standard anti-fraud practice.
- Only the account owner can request a withdrawal. We do not pay out to third-party accounts.
